1+ yrs of systems level development using system level classes or system objects.

Any experience prior to .net must include object oriented C++ or JAVA background (not just VB)
Must have working knowledge of web services (development and consuming)
Knowledge of legacy scripting languages as well as Javascript and/or Vbscript.
Must design and develop database structures including stored procedures, and data tables.
Must be able to understand and interpret class level design documents and code accordingly.
Use and maintain code and application libraries used by development staff.

Creates and contribute to technical specification documentation of development projects.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead the Requirements Gathering, Analysis, and Development phases of multiple projects.

Mentor junior team members in technical and functional tasks.
Provide timely and accurate information to external and internal customers.
