Skills & Roles:</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Minimum of 7+ years of UI development experience in at least 2 projects & 2+years in the role of 'UI Lead'.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Should have strong Hands-on experience building the UI for critical enterprise application.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Should have experience in at least 2 types of Desktop application / Rich Internet Application and have experience in developing UI component with the intention of reuse and making the UI more componentised.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Should have the following mandatory skill-set:</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
HTML5, Java script frameworks (angularjs / emberjs), CSS, JQuery</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Job will require individual contribution with hands-on UI development.</div>

Job will involve conducting POCs to evaluate UI and its components.</div>

Preferred : The following skill sets are desirable -Experience in Java development.</div>

The analyst would be responsible for Requirements gathering, VB.Net/SQL Development, developing, delivering & publishing executive and non-executive scorecards and dashboards. The role would require the person to work closely with business leaders for business analytics and storyboarding.<br />

Roles & Responsibilities:<br />
<br />
<br />
1.      Requirements Gathering: Effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand and develop project requirements.<br />
<br />
2.      Own and deliver across the reporting life-cycle, from requirements capture, data visualization, data extraction and collation & modelling to report production<br />
<br />
3.      Ability to work on VB.Net and SQL Development projects.<br />
<br />
4.      Develop & Deliver Scorecards / Dashboards / Storyboards: Effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, apply effective data visualization techniques and produce scorecards / dashboards / storyboards. Would include development of scorecards grounds-up.<br />
<br />
5.      Develop and produce on-going reporting on scorecard trends, performance, or issues to key constituents<br />
<br />
6.      Stay abreast of the evolving best practice in the industry for scorecard methodologies<br />
<br />
7.      Stakeholder management: Understand partners’ expectations and effectively engage with them to handle communication, alignment, reporting and escalations.<br />
<br />
8.      Capability development – Support in building capability across the reporting life-cycle functions.<br />
<br />
9.      Innovation – Continuous improvement of existing scorecards and identifying opportunities for automation and data remodelling<br />
<br />
10.   Execute initiatives which could be group-specific, vertical or BU specific.<br />
<br />
11.   Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with quick decision making skills and strong business intuition<br />
