Job Role: Software Engineer/ Sr. Software Engineer(Production Support)

The Job Requirement for the same is mentioned below:
* Minimum 4-8 yrs hands on experience
L2 Support Engineer
* Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
* Monitoring Incident details, including the configuration items affected
* Incident investigation and diagnosis
* Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention
* Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps Skills
Hands on experience on MS SQL Server, ASP.NET,C#
* Prod support background and right attitude towards problem management;
* Should possess good communication (written, verbal, oral)
* Willing to work in 24x7
* Willing to learn newer technologies
* Good team player
ITIL Process knowledge Certification is preferred
* Exposure to Banking/finance domains must.
