Age Limit:

Candidates age should be 18 to 32 years. Age will be reckoned as on 01.01.2017. Age Relaxation as per Govt. Rules.
Educational Qualification for North Eastern Railway Recruitment 2016-2017:

    Matriculation or its equivalent with ITI in relevant trade (Recognized by SCVT, NCVT) and for other posts: 12,h or its equivalent with 50% marks in aggregate. The compulsion of 50% marks in aggregate will not be insisted upon in case of SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen candidates for Group-c posts
    Matriculation (10th) or equivalent for Group-D posts.

Selection Procedure:

Written Examination, Scouting Skill Assessment and (C) Marks on certificates.

Application Fee:

Candidates are required to pay fee of Rs.500/- for General candidates, Rs.250/- for SC/ ST/ Ex-servicemen/ Persons with disabilities (PWDs), Women, Minorities and Economically Backward Classes. The Fee in the form of Indian Postal Order (IPO), drawn in favour of Senior Personnel Officer. RRC, N.E. Railway, payable at Gorakhpur.
