Educational Requirements: B.Tech (Electronics & Communications) (or) M.Sc in Electronics/Physics or equivalent with at least 3 years experience of working in a scientific engineering laboratory.
Qualifications: Day-to-day maintenance of lab, operating and troubleshooting of systems like HRXRD, XPS, e.t.c., catering to students/staff process requests and coordinating with EMT for scheduled visits of AMC & preventive maintenance plans.
Experience Requirements: Experience in handling sophisticated tools for semiconductor device characterization is desirable. Preference would be given to candidates having experience in maintenance and troubleshooting hardware of instruments.
