WORK EXPERIENCE
* 4-10 years of strong technology experience in multiple business and technical processes
Job requirement
* Proficiency in HTML5, Object Oriented Programming with C# as the primary language.
* Knowledge of Silverlight / WPF specifically in the area of dynamic UI generation
* Knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery for HTML5 UI
* Expertise in the design and development of web based applications using standard
design patterns
* Good understanding of development methodologies and processes
* Strong System Integration skills
* Experience in interacting with customers, troubleshooting their issues and providing
solutions that meets their expectation
* Experience in executing geographically distributed projects and working with culturally
diverse work-groups
* Experience in leading sub-teams and delivering successful results
* Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
