Job Description:

Please note that selected candidates will need to work on US Shift. Work from home option will be available with necessary facilities. Please note the testers and database administers would not be considered for the role

Primary Skill Set:

Hands on experience in business requirement gathering from the clients and hands on experience in documentation of these requirements

Interface with business for requirements sign-off process

Requirements gathering specially for Data Mappings between source and target systems

Requirements gathering for Data transformation, data quality steps

ETL best practices for record suspension handling, lookup process

Data Analysis to verify requirements

Explain requirements to development and testing team

Hands on Experience in ETL Development process

Secondary Skill Set:

SQL knowledge to extract data for analysis

Drive requirements gathering sessions

Duly understand the work environment, customer orientation and expectations, team management skills.

Experience in understanding the client requirements in terms of business entities and converting them into technical solutions.

Off shore- On Shore co-ordination to understand the correct business needs and impacts.

Conduct code walkthroughs and review peer code and documentation.

Training to buffer resource and new joinees in the team.

Effective communication skills backed with excellent technical aptitude and strong ability to interact with clients.
