Age Limit:
Candidates age should be 18 to 35 Years for SC / ST, 18 to 32 Years for MBC / BC / BC (Muslims), 18 to 30 Years for Others, 18 to 35 Years for the persons who are trained in Survey in ITI in Tamil Nadu, in respect of posts of Field Surveyor and Draftsman only.
Pay or salary:
The pay or salary will be Rs.5200 – 20200/-.
Knowledge of Tamil:
Candidates should possess adequate knowledge of Tamil Language as on 8th September 2016.
Educational Qualification for TNPSC Group 4 Recruitment 2016-2017:
Matriculation (SSLC / 10th Class) Pass or its equivalent examination with eligibility for admission to Higher Secondary Courses of Studies or to College Courses of studies.
Must have passed S.S.L.C (Matric) Public Examination or its equivalent with eligibility for admission to Higher Secondary Courses of Studies or to College Courses of studies. Must have passed the Government Technical Examination in Typewriting by Higher / Senior Grade in Tamil and English (or) by Higher / Senior Grade in Tamil and Lower/ Junior Grade in English (or) by Higher / Senior Grade in English and Lower/ Junior Grade in Tamil.
Must have passed S.S.L.C (Matriculation) Public Examination or its equivalent with eligibility for admission to Higher Secondary Courses of Studies or to College Courses of studies. Must have passed the Government Technical Examination both in Typewriting and in Shorthand:- by Higher / Senior Grade in Tamil and English (or) by Higher / Senior Grade in Tamil and Lower/Junior Grade in English (or) by Higher / Senior Grade in English and Lower/ Junior Grade in Tamil.
Selection Procedure:
The Selection Procedure will be followed by Written Examination (Objective Type) (OMR Format). The Group IV Exam scheduled to be held on 6th November 2016.
Application Fee:
Candidates arevrequired to pay fee of Rs.50/- for One Time Registration Fee, Rs.75/- (Only or General) for Examination Fee. The Candidates who have already registered in one time Registration System it is enough to pay the Examination Fee alone. The fee can be made through Online Payment Mode during filling Online application form. The One time registration is only to avail exemption for application fee for a period of 5 years from the date of registration.
