Education : B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MS / M.C.A / M.Sc
Responsibilities:
* Should be an expert programmer and be competent in technical design capabilities
* Should have hands on experience in C#, ASP.Net, JQuery, Javascript, SQL & MVC
* Analyzes and understands requirements, the application and effectively translates it to the team
* Creates/reviews SRS/requirement specifications/URD/functional specifications for technical viability
* Should be competent in providing multiple solutions for a given technical problem along with recommendation of the better technology solution
* Should have strong technical decision making capabilities
* Take ownership of the customer/project expectation from the code and its quality being delivered in the code they write and deliver
* Should have an understanding of the business needs and where the solution fits into the business of the customer
* Should be competent in estimation and planning efforts for the sprint and project
* Should be competent in mentoring the developers in the team and should be the key voice for them
* Responsible for assigning work to team members, do code reviews and track to closure as per timeline and quality
* Identifies risks, probable solutions and escalates to stakeholders in a timely manner
* Ensures weekly/monthly/phase summary reporting to stakeholders
* Should be competent in both verbal and written communication with the team
* Effectively communicates verbally and/or in writing, managing stakeholders and customer perceptions and expectations
* Proactively identifies and executes team training/knowledge sharing
* Ensures weekly/monthly/phase summary reporting to stakeholders
* Identifies risks and mitigation plans, keeping all stakeholders informed in a timely manner

* Management of defects across the team
* Handling and managing requirement changes
* Implementation of project/client standards and best practices across the team
* Quality of technical design proposed and implementation
* Schedule and effort variance of the project
* Teams coverage and effectiveness of unit testing
* Customer feedback and client code review defects
* Customer expectation management for all technology related areas
* Suggestions/contributions towards design best practices
* Inputs received from the Delivery Assurance teams in reviews and audits
