Educational Qualifications:
Medical Candidates ->
(1) A medical qualification included in the I or II Schedule or part II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in Part II of Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in section 13 (3) of the Act.
(2) A postgraduate qualification e.g. MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/subject.
General Disciplines ->
(a) Same as 1 & 2 specified for Medical Candidates.
(b) Experience - Three years POST M.D/M.S teaching experience (Senior Resident) in a recognized Institution in the subject of speciality after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D/M.S or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
Super Specialty Disciplines ->
(a) Same as 1 & 2 specified for Medical Candidates and
(b) D.M/DNB in respective discipline/subject for medical super-specialties and M.Ch./DNB in the respective discipline/subject for surgical super-specialties (2 years or 3 years or 5 years recognized course) Or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
(c) Experience (Desirable) - One year teaching and/or research experience in recognised institution in the subject or speciality after obtaining the qualifying degree of D.M./M.Ch. (2 years or 5 years recognized course after MBBS) or qualification recognized degree in D.M./M./Ch. Or qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
Application Fee: The application fees of Rs. 500/- (Rs.200 for SC/ST candidates) to be made for "AIIMS Bhubaneswar" payable at Bhubaneswar by way of Demand Draft/Banker's Cheque.
The printed copy of the prescribed form of application and the attested photocopies of all relevant certificates along with the originals must be brought at the time of interview. The Interview shall start at 11 am on the date available on the website. Walk in Interview Date - 15/11/2014.
