Required Skills:
-N-Tier Web-based application development experience with a very good understanding of .Net technologies
-.NET 4.0, LINQ, Entity Framework, ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#, Silverlight, HTML, Java script, SSRS, Crystal Reports, Database concepts, Data modeling, T-SQL programming, Web services, XML.
-Knowledge of OOAD, UML and design patterns.
