Age Limit:
Candidates age limit should be 30 years for Post 01, 03, 13, 40 years for Post 02, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 35 years for Post 04. Age relaxation is applicable upto 5 years for SC/ ST/ Central Government employees, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PH candidates, 15 years for PH (SC/ ST) and 13 years for PH (OBC) & for Ex-Servicemen & others as per rules.
Pay or salary:
The pay or salary is Rs.9,300-34,800/- for Assistant Keeper,Assistant Director (Handicrafts),Junior Lecturer (Textile Processing) posts and Rs.15,600-39,100/- for remaining posts.
Educational Qualification for UPSC Recruitment Notification 2016-2017:
Degree in Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Dairying or Agriculture from a recognized University or equivalent with three years experience as at Experience below OR Indian Dairy Diploma with five years’ experience as at Experience below.
Pass in associate membership examination parts II & III/ Sections A & B of the
Aeronautical Society of India.
Master’s degree in Anthropology of a recognized University or equivalent. Diploma in Museology with about one year practical experience in running a Museum or about Three years practical experience in running a Museum.
Bachelor’ degree in the Foreign Language concerned (Burmese) with English as compulsory/elective subject at degree level or equivalent from a recognized University or equivalent or Bachelor’s degree with English as compulsory/elective subject from a recognized University or equivalent, and Diploma equivalent to Interpreter ship standard in the foreign language concerned (Burmese) from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in the Foreign Language (Dari/Persian) concerned with English as compulsory/elective subject at degree level or equivalent from a recognized University or equivalent or Bachelor’s degree with English as compulsory/elective subject from a recognized University or equivalent, and Diploma equivalent to Interpretership standard in the Foreign Language concerned from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent.For more details see official notification.
Selection Procedure:
Candidates will be selected on Recruitment test followed by interview.
